If there is a data discrepancy, who should I contact? Adge or my affiliate manager?

If there is a discrepancy within your data, we suggest you contact your affiliate manager to request your data be updated to the latest reliable set. Adge will automatically pull the latest set of data to be reflected in your account dashboard.

You may also check the status of a data feed from a particular affiliate within the System Status tab of the dashboard. Each of the supported partners will be displayed with a coloured tag:

  • Green – All data is up to date
  • Light green – Data feed is currently in Beta
  • Yellow – Data awaiting to be parsed
  • Rotating orange – Data is updating
  • Red – API Key for feed is invalid
  • Grey – Planned Data Feed
  • Black – Status Unknown
